  Since Tina and Jose no longer run the restaurant things are not good. The owner/operators husband suffered from a stroke and is more of a hinderance. He will sit and stare at the guest. Many find this so uncomfortable they leave.
  
  Service has also dropped and the quality has diminished which is sad because we would bring many people to the restaurant for business and personal purposes.
  
  Since this original review Pho Na continues to fail. Visitors are now frequently greeted with restaurant is closed signs.

  The food is always good. My only complaint is service can be very slow. Just for someone to ask what we would like to drink can take a long time. There is always one guy who seems to do everything thing there with no help. But he still is very calm and pleasant.

  Awesome authentic real deal. Veggie and chicken pho is chicken soup for what ails you. Squeezed lots of lime. Shreddedup the basil added all sorts of things and a total feastwas ours. We got here just before closing and the friendly staff did not rush us and we felt very welcome.

  DONT EAT HERE! The owner Tina and her husband Jose are careless about their employee and customers. They have one guy doing all the cooking, serving and collecting payment at the same time, they are slavering this poor man who is a very hard worker. the place is dirty, tables are dirty her dad picks up dirty dishes but doesn't wipe down the tables, they also have just random people helping out at times, she's never ever present to accommodate her customer, all they care about is money, oh by the way....Don't tip the employees because the owners Tima and her husband keep all tips, her people work more than 11 hours a day but she doesn't pay them overtime!!! So sad for the people they have working here in DHS and Beaumont! I'm contacting the health department for sure!
