  This bathroom is EXTREMELY disgusting! Workers seem overworked and like they should have a few more workers hired here. Bathroom was out of toilet paper, smelled of dope, was water all over the floor and it was overall filthy. Service however is good! Friendly people

  I mean it's a McDonald's... What do you expect.
  And it's in Desert Hot Springs so it's pretty ghetto, but the service was pretty quick!

  It's a McDonalds. Chances are you've been to been to McDonald's before. Extremely fast service and good prices. But almost all of the food is NO WHERE CLOSE TO HEALTHY. If you want a quick and cheap meal go to it. But if you want a healthy meal I would not recommend it. If you are a vegetarian there is almost nothing for you.

  The staff is usually friendly. Management is usually not. The lobby is never clean. The food is...McDonald's.
  The outside is well maintained. They try to keep vagrants away.
  The lack of 4 or 5 stars is more about location than the restaurant itself.
